Hello,

You might have to ./configure --prefix=/"$KDEDIR"

Where $KDEDIR is your KDE installation folder.

For me to run any KParts apps I had to,

./configure --prefix=/opt/kde3

make

su root

make install

Or change your project options in KDevelop.
