This directory used to contain German, Danish, English, French and
Norwegian dictionaries for a total of 14 MB's.  These dictionaries

1 were never installed on users' systems..
2 were never used during the build process..
3 can be automatically generated by the command 'aspell dump master
  en_US', respectively 'aspell dump master de', 'aspell dump master
  da' and 'aspell dump master fr-40'  ( with minor differences of
  respectively 6,2,12,0 percent of the lines in the files, that I
  would ascribe to version differences between the dictionaries, or
  perhaps my not too thorough knowledge of aspell and the dictionaries
  ).  For the norwegian bokmal language/spelling, the command 'aspell
  dump master bokmåL' generates a file that is an almost superset (
  0.4 percent difference ) of the no file.

The dictionaries, it seems, are/were only used by the ktouch
maintainer to generate the various *.ktouch files.

Therefore, I am removing them from CVS, as they were uselessly making
up for about 25 percent of the size of the kdeedu module.
