I did it!!!!!!!!!!
Was as silly as I thought it would be
in main.cpp
KAboutData aboutData( "kLogo-Turtle",
should be "klogoturtle" without any upper-case

I spotted the anomaly in the config file which was kLogo-Turtle.rc but it 
did not register until this morning. And I even have not got my breakfast 
yet...
