Hi,

Within KDE, there are translation teams for each language.
Here you can find some information about Norvegian (there are 3 different 
Norvegian teams, I was amazed to know). One is

(maybe the most common?)

I think that translation teams are always happy to get new members so you 
can contact the team coordinator and offer your services, telling him you 
are particulary interested in Kig.
