There is no translation involved here. Each language must create the sounds 
according to the language capability. For KTuberling, there is sound 
translation and the sounds are put in each i18n package, yes. But as it is 
hard work to record the sounds, not all languages are supported.

yes, that's the heart of the question.
My idea was at first to distribute the sounds via the i18n packages and to 
make them available by download via the program itself.

I heard some people on IRC saying that kdeedu is quite a big module, that's 
why I bring this data question. But yes, maybe I just was over-concerned :)
