there's a tool named brazilian-conjugate, which is maybe useful for kverbos 
(so it's not Spanish only anymore) or kvoctrain.
I didn't really understand it yet because the man page is available in pt_BR 
only :)

The reason I tried it was that I started development of a special-purpose 
application named BrasilMobil, which is based on OPIE (Qt/embedded), but 
could be converted to KDE easily. But I don't think it's useful for many 
people, because it's tailored to my own needs.
