Big question is about KFeeder: do we integrate it for 3.1?

A volunteer is maybe needed for implementing the sub-categories we discussed 
some time ago

As you know, I won't be around for Alpha1 and Beta1. Maybe it would be a good 
idea to have a coordinator for each of these (someone who could see if the 
module compiles and if the docs are ready and stuff like that).
