Hello

I announced Kalzium 0.1 some days ago. In the meantime I tried a lot
and now I wan't to announce Kalzium 0.2.2.
I fixed the problems with the location of kalziumrc, added some options
in the KMenuBar and rearranged big parts of the code.

I hope you'll like it and I get some nice feedback about what could be done
for Kalzium 0.3.
