Currently at apps.kde.com is listed QGeo, which can read and display CD's
from the National Geographic Interactive collections.

There are a number of translation apps at apps.kde.com, to list a few:

The closes to this I think is KEduca.

The closest here I think is Keuklid (a little more advanced, this one teaches
geometry).  But there is also kalcul.
