Hey Sandro,

the steps are listed here (just replace SVN by Git):

So the first step is to move to edu/playground, then check if everything is 
ready for review regarding documentation etc., then request a move to kde-
review plus the announcement at kde-core-devel.

Unfortunately, this means that this whole process will not complete before the 
next Applications Dependency freeze, since the review time is at least two 
weeks. However, releasing a technical preview of your program before it gets 
finally release alongside Applications in the Edu module would be totally 
fine.
