Mmmh, it is the same discussion as it was back when I created the app. At
that point people argued that not everyone understands German so it should
get an English name. This was a lame argument of course as most people on
this planet speak Chinese or something and not English.

Same here: It is a name and not a description. Don't change the name of a
well established application. You will never manage to find a name which
works in all languages as a good description. So I don't think it is worth
to change a name of a long standing app, because you are basically
destroying a brand.
