Hi everyone,

I finally got to extending the Mandaring Chinese kvtml files. I've
added the most frequent characters 1000-2000 and the words from the
sets HSK1 and HSK2.

Please let me know if this is OK, and whether they can be included
with other contributed learning files (the previous version still
doesn't seem to be there).
