Hi,

I don't write and speak German, sorry.
 
Who do you target for your tutorial? Kids (10+) or adults?

If it is meant as an educational project, then it must be translated in all 
languages. HTML is not good, you must then use docbook which is like HTML 
anyway but more powerful.

If it's for developers, you can use HTML and we'll find translators for other 
languages.

Maybe a German-speaking could translate for you so you could tell us 
precisely what is your goal.
