Hi everyone,

I'd like to ask people to hold off on modifying KStars until my KDE CVS 
account is working.  Right now, I only have read access, so I have no good 
way to submit changes from our sourceforge CVS.  If only one codebase is 
changing, they'll be much easier to integrate when the time comes (hopefully 
soon!)

Don't get me wrong!  I do appreciate the help, and I realize there were 
incompatibilities that I didn't anticipate (i.e., the QT_NO_ASCII_CAST 
compiler flag requiring explicit conversion of QStrings to const char*'s).
 
Anyway, you guys are amazing, Haavard told me it works under KDE3.0 already, 
and I know that wasn't my doing!  Whoever it was, thanks!  

I'll let you know when my account works and I've synched my changes to the 
CVS, then hack away...
