I prefer Gnome, but I would hope the desktop API software would be done
so it is easily portable.

However, you can use what I have written for cell biology:

And I would be happy to work with someone to make this better...  It
would be nice to have
quizes, tests, animations and tracking of what a person has read through
(so they know what they
need to cover).
