I read your proposal and I found it very interesting.

grades are not used in Europe, giving an age range would be more general
maybe.

KDE-Edu being Open Source, the only "requierements" to have a project
included are that the project is under a free licence and runs within KDE.

In my opinion, your project totally fulfills an edutainment aim and will be
very useful (I once coded for KDE1 a small game called Kalcul which still has
many hits on its website)
The only point I think to consider is the name as this morning another
project named FlashKard arrived in the list.!

The next step would be to create a webpage on the edu website for the project
specifications. I also suggest that you subscribe to the edu-devel mailing
list

This devel list is for development-specific questions. As you are new to KDE
coding, there is some stuff that you'll need to know as the KDE Standard
Directories where pics, sounds, icons, files are stored and so on.
