The Indonesian maintainer has a few docbook related 
questions which I can't answer in any competent way.

Hi Thomas,

I have some questions regarding the KDE Docbook

1.

In the directory /opt/kde2/share/apps/ksgmltool

There is some files for each languages, For example there is no file for
"id" (Indonesia).

In the directory /opt/kde2/share/apps/ksgmltool/style-sheet

There is no kde-l1id.dsl and kde-l1id.ent

If I have made those files to whom I can send them ?


2.

Furthermore, I want to change so when I use the language "id", in the HTML
file which produced by the kdb2html, the chapter identification will be
changed

>from Chapter 1 --> Bab 1 (In Indonesia language) or "Kapital" in Deutsch

Which files should I changed (style sheet ?) Can you point me more
information ?

3.

I want to convert from DocBook --> LaTeX (for my book I still used special
LaTeX document class), which program do you suggest ?

I also want to convert from the DocBook --> HTML but not in the separates
files, (in one big file).  Which program or option should I use for
"kdb2html" ?
