Hi!

I'm currently converting the FAQ into a <book>. I downloaded and
installed the latest CVS source. So far so good. Then I ran the FAQ
thru' ksgmltools, and jade gave me tons of errors. After some
investigation, I concluded that _all_ KDE docs are going to have the
same fate. Here's why:

Error 1: "an attribute value specification must be an attribute value
literal unless SHORTTAG YES is specified."
I interpreted this error as due to writing <trademark class=registered>
instead of <trademark class="registered">. I did this when I defined my
own entities. If you put in the double quotes, another type of error
will be generated. Is there a hack around this?

Error 2: "non-impliable attribute "MOREINFO" not specified but OMITTAG
NO and SHORTTAG NO."
This error is fun. All those who have used <application> in their docs
are going to get this. You must write <application
moreinfo="none">...! And not only <application> does this. Almost all
tags have at least one attribute that is non-impliable, e.g. <step>
(performance), <trademark> (class), <address> (format), etc. They will
all generate the same error. *sigh*

FYI template.docbook also suffered the same fate. Maybe it's because
I'm using an old jade? It's 1.2.1-5.

Although the above errors are not fatal (just use -E to increase your
jade error allowance), I don't mind fixing them. IIRC we are to follow
very strict rules like no minimization, etc. I was just wondering
whether the above situation is expected or not. I don't want to fix all
of them and then someone comes along and tells me, "it's not necessary
at all!". ;)
