Thanks for your help, Yuri.

I was now successful running update_xml, see
svn+ssh://svn@svn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/l10n-kf6/eo/docs/kate

In order to do this I needed to define some additional entities for
Esperanto, see
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kdoctools/-/merge_requests/59
