1. Open "Shortcuts and gestures" module in System Settings or press Alt+F2  
and enter "Global shortcuts".

2. Choose "Global Shortcuts" page.

3. Choose "Run Command Interface" from the drop-down list.

4. Change the shortcut for "Run Command" in the common way.
