Hi all,

we had a really nice documentation BoF at the Akademy. One of the questions
coming out is about the Documentation Primer manual.

There was a plan for a rewrite and the last email about this on this list was
on March 2013.
The canonical last version is, as usual, is on:
http://i18n.kde.org/docs/

and there is another version, on techbase, originally imported by Claus, who
confirmed that it's basically the same:
https://techbase.kde.org/Documentation_Primer/Manual

Do you have any idea about the status of the rewriting process?

I think the rewritten documentation could be more generic and also give
information about the wiki-based documentation and also a pointer to the
wiki2docbook script.

Also, maybe techbase is not the right place for it, as it more targeted to new
contributors (the discussion was still ongoing).

What do you think?

Ciao
