My compliments to the development team!

The current manual on KWalletManager contains only a description of the  
user interface,
which is quite understandable itself and does not require any description.
To use the wallet in the selected application (e.g. when creating a folder  
in KMail) the following information should be added to the manual:

For the files of Binary Data, Unknown and Maps.
1 What information is stored in these files.
2 Who / what is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of  
information stored in these
files.

For the password file.
1 File does not suggest password
2 File proposes to create a name for a new record. The purpose of this  
name is not clear.
