The "List of Examples" is not indented at the same level as the "List of 
Tables" in the initial page.

In the introduction, the phrase "whom she is said to have had an 
intimate relationship with" should be "with whom she is said to have had 
an intimate relationship" and would be better phrased as "with whom she 
had a child, Caesarion, unacknowledged as his heir". The last phrase at 
least has something to do with certificates. Caesarion was finally 
killed because he was not acknowledged and on the orders of the 
acknowledged heir, Augustus.

This stuff is very picky. Feel free to ignore it.
