One of the messages to kde-docs@kdemail.net points out that:

I can verify this on recent SVN, and it seems to be basically because there=
's=20
only a windowmanagement/ directory in kdebase/doc/kcontrol, and not separat=
e=20
ones for window behaviour and window-specific settings.=20


Does anyone know how to add a new control center module doc, and make sure=
=20
KHelpCenter picks it up?
