Yes, that license is acceptable by Debian.

Well, I guess it would be enough, although I'm not sure about it. I will ask 
debian-legal@lists.debian.org about it.

After having a look at debian-legal@lists.debian.org archives it looks like 
there are three documentation licenses considered "free" by Debian just now:
a) The FreeBSD documentation license that you asked about in 1)
b) The Linux Documentation Project License v 2.0: 
http://www.tldp.org/COPYRIGHT.html
c) Sun's documentation license (used by OpenOffice.org):
http://www.openoffice.org/licenses/pdl.pdf
