I don't know how complete it is, there is virtually no documentation
yet. The only current access seems to be via QPicture.

Unfortunately the QSVGDevice header file is private, and the class
provides no access to the DOM tree anyway so it might be a fairly
minimal implementation. Perhaps some one from Troll Tech would care
to comment?
