Nope, and I've found out why. The new ICE stuff includes references to
Q_WS_*, but it doesn't include qglobal.h. The problem is, you can't
include qglobal.h if I understand this correctly, since qglobal.h is
C++.
It boils down to the fact that Q_WS_* is never defined, so Xos.h never
gets included, so X_GETTIMEOFDAY is never defined. I don't know why
this works elsewhere; I assume that X_GETTIMEOFDAY is defined
somewhere else?
