Hello,
  How do I enable support for Xinerama? I am using a CVS snapshot about 10 
days old. I compiled with support for Xinerama (all KDE modules). I can see 
Xinerama options on KControl->Window Behavior->Advanced. However, they are 
all grayed out. I am using 2 monitors with nVidia and Matrox cards. KDE seems 
to detect this as a multihead system rather than as a Xinerama system, and a 
second instance of KDE is started on my second monitor.
