Hm, maybe one should collect ideas of where it makes use to define a user who
has control over the whole system, as opposed to the multi-user approach. We
had this topic on #kde recently (about setting the clock time without
requiring kdesu), and personally I'd like to see a nice sandbox concept,
which requires (on Linux at least) to execute apps under a different user id,
with neither an empty password nor endless annoying dialogs. I've already
prepared a kdialog based wizard for it, but a kde-global policy would be
better.
The same goes for kcm's kernel configuration module, for example.
I don't have a problem with su --command="foo", but that's maybe not a user
friendly way :-)
