OS/Compiler notes: fresh redhat 7.1 installation

When logging into my Redhat 7.1 system as any other user than root the \
system locks up after the splash screen has completed all tasks.

Here's some of the .xsession-errors file.

Note: when I create a new user I can log in, but when trying to log in a \
second time the same thing occurs. Removing .DCOP* .mcop* .k* from the home \
directory enables my login again - hope this helps,
