When deleting items through sftp:// or ftp:// kio slaves, they get moved to
the Trash bin. Shouldn't "move to trash" be disabled for slaves such as
these?

It's a bit weird to download all the files you want to get rid of. It would
be nicer to trash them on the remote end. But that'd be tricky. Hm, ext3
should support a trashbin within the filesystem.
