Ah, perhaps the patch has been accepted now. The issue was that
the icons would not be displayed (a checkbox is shown instead), the
patch to fix this didn't work with all styles so it wasn't applied. I read
a mail that said the styles were fixed now, so I guess the toggle action
patch has been applied too.
