hi,

	my KDM doesn't start anymore for a big while. i'm running current CVS. 
kdm2.1 and previous worked fine, however. it did work for a while before 2.1 
and 2.2, not anymore.
	symptoms: doesn't start, exits(1) as far as i can see.

i have no PAM, configured kdebase with --without-pam.
linux 2.2.19, X4.1.0.

kdm -debug <x> does not change anything for x != 32, for which it stalls.
kdm -logfile <file> leaves the file empty.

can somebody tell me what's wrong please?
