Hi,

After my last compilation session I have noticed, that installing
ksysguard from CVS resulted in the wish to install the file:
/etc/ksysguarddrc
I am one of those who install KDE not as Root, but as my local user,
thus is a result of security reasons.
That's why my question is wether there is a way to avoid such
installations?
