Hi,

I'm running KDE-2.1, and I've been following the examples in the online
book "KDE 2.0 Development" by David Sweet, et al. However, after
compiling, whenever I try to link the object files from the examples, I
get this problem:

[john1@localhost sillyprog]$ g++ -o myprog main.o mywindow.o
- -L/$QTDIR/lib -lqt
main.o: In function `main':
main.o(.text+0x3a): undefined reference to
`KApplication::KApplication(bool, bool)'
main.o(.text+0x119): undefined reference to
`KApplication::~KApplication(void)'
main.o(.text+0x18c): undefined reference to
`KApplication::~KApplication(void)'
mywindow.o: In function `MyWindow::staticMetaObject(void)':
mywindow.o(.text+0x124): undefined reference to
`MyWindow::slotButton(void)'

Any ideas why I'm getting this? I'm sure I've typed the examples in
correctly. Has something changed between KDE-2.0 and 2.1?

John.
