Inverse of my preferences then ;) I HATE the busy icon on the mouse - its 
laggy and it's distracting. Personally I turned it off right away ;) that and 
taskbar grouping, didnt like that much either. Having said that I'm sure 
others like it, I'm content to leave em switched off tho.
