Additional testing shows that it is proxy related as I can view pages on our
intranet, but all pages outside the firewall are not found.

I have upgraded to the 2.2 beta and now Konqueror has stopped working.
Every page returns an "Unknown Host" error.  I believe this to be related to
the new proxy identification code, as Netscape still works and I can revert
my system to 2.1.1 and then Konqueror will work again.

Is there more configurability to the proxy stuff?  Specifically, is there a
timeout variable that I can set?  My network has long return times and many
packets get dropped.
