Dear All

I have a very normal looking message in my inbox, to which I replied with a
short message.  On clicking Send, I heard the mail server go "nuts".
A quick check confirmed that kmail was looping sending the same
email again and again.  I managed to stop the mail server after only
100+ emails had gone out with a further 240 in the queue.
Nothing in the mail server log files indicate any error.

Has anyone seen this before? 

I am using:

kmail 1.2 within kde 2.1.2 within RedHat 7.1
Email server is qmail-1.01

kmail is setup to use smtp on email server.
