Hi,

kdelibs configure does not detect libxml2 which is installed from rpm
package:

[...]
creating ./config.status
creating Makefile
creating config.h
config.h is unchanged

You're missing libxml2 2.3.9 or later.
KDE won't be able to provide a help ioslave (help://) without it,
so if you want helpfiles you should consider installing it.
Have a look at ftp://xmlsoft.org/ for sources, or find a binary
package for your platform.
You can find a copy of libxml2 in the kdesupport module.

[jacek@orion kdelibs]$ rpm -q libxml2
libxml2-2.3.11-1
[...]
