I have a book called "KDE2/Qt Programming Bible" by Arthur Griffith that's 
(in my opinion) a little easier/more basic than David Sweet's, which I also 
have.  It provides info on more of the KDE/Qt widgets but still falls a 
little short on useful examples on some widgets.  The doc provided by Qt is 
the ultimate...
