Yes I know, but the novice user will _not_ know that he/she _has_ to 
configure some more things in KDE 
My experience say, that novice users will be "afraid" to use kcontrol, at 
least they won't be able to distinguish between _important_ settings and 
eyecandies. The will call for help....
Hopefuly the distributors will catch this.
