It's working for me now after "cvs checkout"ing a couple new directories.  So 
I have a cvs question:
	Is there any way to get "cvs update" to checkout new directories?

I ran "cvs update" from kdebase/kpersonalizer a number of times just to make 
sure it REALLY didn't want to grab the 'pics' subdirectory.  I finally had to 
"cvs co kdebase/kpersonalizer/pics"...
