Hello,
  Here's another problem from CVS. I guess this is realted to khtml. You can 
find a screenshot at

Certain text, especially bold text, and also some links, are positioned 
wrongly. They are positioned above the line they are supposed to be in. The 
screenshot shows how the top line of www.kde.org is mangled: the links are 
positioned above the separators. This is not unique, however. KDevelop, 
compiled with the same kdelibs suffers from the same problem in its 
documentation viewer: see the word "cite" in the middle of the screenshot.

shows problems in the about page. Look at the last paragraph, at "Tuning tip" 
and "here".
