If you click a text file with the middle mouse button, it's opened in the 
default editor (I use this a lot). Maybe it is useful to have a way to do the 
same using only the keyboard.

If you want to open a text file in an editor on left-click, you can select 
that in "File Associations Configuration" by selecting "Show file in separate 
viewer" in the group settings of the "text.*" mimetypes.
