for the developers of the kmail, i don't know if this "bug" (it's no really a 
bug) is fixed so here it is: if u compose a new mail and want to send it, u 
select the "Send now" button and then a dialog appear that tell's u to select 
an option from "Send now" "Send later" "Cancel", but this is wrong because it 
doesn't send the message right after u press "Send now" like it supposed to 
do. IMO after u press "Send now" the message must be sent right away 
and if that fails to give u 2 choices: "Send Later" and "Resend". Or another 
approach it can be: remove the "Queue" button, rename the "Send now" to 
"Send" and when u press "Send" a dialog box would appear whith 3 
buttons:"Send now" "Send later" "Cancel" ("Send later"="Queue").
