Wow... it is amazing how out of date that is.  KAppTemplate is now at
1.0.4 on my website and a bit farther than that in kdesdk (I haven't
updated in a awhile).  0.7 is over a year old...

Please get the kapptemplate from kdesdk *or* (if you insist on
downloading) get 1.0.4 from my website.
