I'm using http proxies a lot and I noticed (from a user's point of view) that
konqueror doesn't refresh properly. For example, if I modify the web page I'm
currently viewing (I modify it on the server that is), usually it doesn't
refresh when I click the refresh button or even when I shift+click it.
Sometimes, it does refresh, but I haven't been able to determine exactly the
circumstances. Without proxies, it always works ok.
I noticed msie sends some extra header stuff when one does a shift+click on
refresh and it always works there, but I haven't got the time to investigate
exactly what those header fields are.

Another problem: how do I bring up the JavaScript debugger window? The help
mentions it's in Settings, but I don't have anything about it there... I
noticed the implementation is present in code, but I found no way of actually
viewing it.
I'm using the CVS from two days ago, but first time I tried to find the JS
debug window in KDE2.1 and it wasn't there either.
