It works like the way netscape does printing. The print dialog contains an edit line where you can specifiy the command you want to use (with the options you want). You can also control the number of copies as well as PS options (page size, color, orientation). Of course you can't control the printer (like in CUPS), nor have a printer list, but this is a very flexible plugin that can be used in many situations where other more specialized plugins can't be used.
