Subject:    problems with different encoding

Hi people,

When I try to set up a default encoding characters set - I get some really 
weird results... (I'm setting it from Kcontrol -> Personaliztion -> Country & 
Language..

trying to set the Charset to ISO 8859-8 and clicking apply - from then every 
application that I try will totally crash

Chaing to ISO10646-1 will makes Konqeuror "About:konqueror" page without 
graphics, pages like cnet.com - without big headlines...

Should I open a bug on it? anyone can help please?
