It's already available from their snapshots, and reading the doc there's 
nothing which indicates it won't. There also were some discussions about it a 
couple of weeks ago, comparing it to kdedb, and to what extent kdedb would be 
redundant because of it. At least one Troll was involved in the thread, and I 
suppose that if Qt's DB module wouldn't be available under the GPL, he would 
have said so right away.
